CUSTOM HEADERS AND EXHAUST

JBA custom-built long tube headers are dyno and race proven to deliver the greatest possible increase in horsepower and torque throughout the RPM range. All JBA long tube headers feature large mandrel-bent stainless steel primary tubes designed for fit, plug clearance, starter and clutch housing access, equal length percentage, rotational firing order, stepped primary, precision flange exhaust port fitment, extra thick 3/8" one piece flanges, and patented JBA Firecone®* merged collectors for improved collector transitional exhaust gas flow. Each system is designed to provide the maximum amount of ground clearance possible.

The first step in creating an efficient and powerful exhaust system is the addition of JBA Headers in a box. Premium quality, heavy-duty construction, and massive power gains are key elements to the JBA design philosophy. JBA offers a variety of smog legal* Cat4ward® shorty headers and "off-road" long tubes as well as full bolt-on Performance Exhaust Systems to suit most popular applications. Custom header and exhaust systems built on the vehicle for special applications are available as well. JBA complete performance exhaust packages in a box. Systems feature high quality JBA pre-built components tuned to work together. The total JBA package includes a set of JBA Cat4ward® Headers, a JBA Evol(tm) exhaust system and when available JBA Powercables(tm) ignition wires. These packages are designed to be application specific to maximize the torque, horsepower and efficiency of your vehicle.

JBA mid-pipes free up more valuable power by eliminating restriction between the headers and exhaust system. These components feature mandrel-bent stainless steel construction, factory style mounting, and high flow catalytic converters*.
